We Are Specialists!Creative Cards and Crafts specializes in many European Papercrafting Brands such as Hunkydory, Ciao Bella, Lisa Horton, Studio Light, Stamperia, Aall and Create, Marianne Designs, Nellie's Choice, Lavinia Stamps, Craft Consortium, Crafter's Companion, Creative Expressions, Woodware Stamps, and Pink Ink Designs. We also carry Giftsland from Nepal, Frog's Whiskers from Canada, and Paper Rose Studio from Australia, plus 3Quarter Designs from New Zealand. We are the only retail outlet for 3Quarter Designs in Illinois. We also carry many traditional American Brands such as Graphic 45, Fairy Hugs Stamps, Frantic Stamper, Echo Park, Carta Bella, and Simple Stories. We carry a huge variety of heavyweight standard sized card bases and specialty-shaped cards with envelopes from Hunkydory in England.
Store Policies
Credit Card Policy: Minimum of $10.00 purchase for credit cards. Class Payment Policy: Payment must be made at time of registration for all classes. Customers can cancel up to one week before the class and receive store credit. If a customer cancels within 1 week (7 days) of the class, the customer forfeits the cost of the class, unless a replacement fills the spot, in which case store credit will be given. No cash refunds. Customers may contact the teacher individually regarding getting a class kit or “possible” make-up session at the teacher's discretion. 
We are starting to get notices from our suppliers that tariffs may be impacting on some of their prices.
We are working to keep this from affecting you, our customers. We now have adhesive kits for $5 which include Glossy Accents, pop dots and glue dots, in case you forget yours or do not have them.
The Great Craft De-Stash Sale!
Saturday, October 17, 2026 9:00am -1:00pm Are you a new crafter and looking for some supplies to get started? Want an inexpensive way to try out some new supplies? Are you a crafter with too much STUFF? Maybe you have lots of supplies for something you do not make anymore? Time to de-stash your craft room and make some cash (for new stuff?)! This is the event for you! Location: Fellowship Hall First United Methodist Church 155 S Main St (Main and Maple, across from Dairy Queen) Lombard, IL 60148 There will also be a 15% off Sale that day at the store! SAVE THE DATES for Fall Into Crafting.
This year Fall Into Crafting will be held Friday, September 25, 2026 (Pizza Party Kick-Off) through Sunday, October 4, 2026. We'll be open every day during that time with a class or event every day. Watch for more info to come. We won't be taking pizza party reservations until the last week in August. This year the cost will be $10 for the Pizza Party (includes pizza, make-n-take, and raffle prizes).

Do you need some "ME" time in your life? If you ever kept a journal or diary, or never did either of those, Creative Cards and Crafts has a new group just to relax, talk, stamp, draw, create a page background with a new product, share stories, etc. with other like-minded crafting ladies. We can share treats, thoughts, good or bad things happening to us, friendship, etc. Journaling is a way to just forget about the world for a bit and just relax, let your thoughts collide and be creative. I hope some of you will join me on this journey at our first meet-up. We can discuss different days and times going forward as well. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN JOURNAL (any type), various adhesives, any pens or markers you want to journal with and any product you would like to play with to add to your journals. A selection of different mediums such as stencil butter, stencils, rice papers, inks, ribbons, embellishments, etc. will be available to use. We will also have some new journals and other journaling products available for purchase and you'll get a 10% discount. It’s time to unwrap some of our gifts for you! Starting July 2nd, there will be a special Creative Cards and Crafts tote bag available for purchase for $12.00 (until supplies run out, NO DISCOUNT). This tote bag will unlock a special 20% discount every time a month has a fifth Friday and/or Saturday. You must bring your tote bag into the store on those days to receive the special 20% discount (NOT VALID ON CLASSES) every time a fifth Friday and/or Saturday occurs. This month it is July 31st and next month it is August 29th. We will be having special weekly sales again this year: July 5-11: 15% off all solid and patterned papers July 12-18:15% off all ephemera, jewels, stickers, inks and polishes July 19-25:15% off all journals, junk journals and instructional books July 26-31: 15% off all stamps, stencils and dies All month long, while supplies last, is our special buy of a beautiful choice of Craft Perfect 8.5 x 11 packaged papers (10 pk.) for $5.00 ea. Our teachers are planning special Christmas-themed classes – get a jump on making your Christmas cards and/or gifts! Last but not least, there will be weekly drawings for special door prizes. You can shop every day of the week and each Saturday, there is a drawing. Every minimum $25 purchase = 1 ticket per day. The more days you come into the store each week, the more raffle tickets you’ll receive. The final drawing is on August 1st. You need not be present at the drawings to win. 
Helping our Neighbors!
Last year’s Christmas in July charity drive was so successful with everyone donating food and clothing, we are going to do it again! Christmas in July 2026 is another opportunity to share with neighbors in need. This year we will be collecting personal products for people, with each week focusing on a specific group or need. Week 1 (July 1-10), is for children. Think soap, shampoo, toothpaste and brushes, washcloths, wipes, lotion, band aids, sunscreen, diapers, etc. Week 2 (July 11-17) is for women. Personal products like deodorant, sanitary products, dental floss, toothpaste and brushes, washcloths, soap, lotion, aspirin, lip balm, nail files, etc. Week 3 (July 18-24) is for the men and veterans. Think deodorant, dental floss, toothpaste and brushes, Carmex for lips (or anything masculine), washcloths, soap, lotion, aspirin/Tylenol, nail clippers, socks, etc. Week 4 (July 25-31) is for seniors. Let's add in to everything already mentioned plus Depends, Benadryl cream, aloe wipes, lotion, deodorant, hand sanitizer, etc. Thanks in advance for your generosity! Donations will go to the Outreach House and the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans.
New Monthly Christmas Card Club!
Club runs March-October 2026 Instructors will vary each month and each one will design a unique card. Each student making five of the same card each month. If you attend all 8 classes, you will have 40 cards ready to send out for Christmas! This will help you get a jump on your holiday cards! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMMIT TO EACH MONTH. Sign up for as many times as you would like or as few times. Each month is not dependent on each other. The cost is $28 each month per student. Come and try this out, your teachers can't wait to see you! |
